SUBJET MATTER

The Workshop´s subject matter will deal with the strategic approaches in the initiatives on the cultural heritage and its relation with the professional development; the models and experiences of management related to professions in the area of cultural heritage and the analysis of opportunities of different professions that take part in the area of cultural heritage

AIMS

AIMS The aims that we consider to reach are:

  • To acquire new knowledge concern to different approaches in the initiatives of intervention on the cultural heritage that could improve the effects on the human resources and employment.
  • To consider strategies of mediation in order to improve the way the labor market in the area of cultural heritage work.
  • To determine strategies and instruments in order to improve the professional competences and the labor insertion.
