The IAPH meets its quality commitment with users, and it promotes the offer of quality services of the Andalusian historical heritage targeting users and in general any citizen. This is a line the institution is strategically working on in order to achieve a continuous improvement.

This quality commitment starts with the improvement of the access to the IAPH services by users, as well as with the offering of clarity and transparency in accessing these services in a multi-channel environment (Web, telephone, onsite).

Moreover the IAPH Services have the aim of achieving the top satisfaction level of users, while trying to meet the needs and expectations of those who require information and other products related to the Andalusian historical heritage.

The quality commitment of the IAPH Services is included and spread to citizens in the section IAPH Services of the Web Portal.

This quality commitment is also obvious in the Chart of Services of the institution, which is in turn an essential part of IAPH Global Quality Plan.

An essential section of this quality commitments is the assessment of it compliance level, which is made in accordance with the rules on Charts of Services and is made Publisher in our Web Portal.

The assessment of services is very important to guarantee quality, as it makes it possible to identify the need for improvement and its implementation to the management and rendering of such services.

In order to do so, a series of quality indicators are set, which enable to carry out an objective homogeneous assessment of all services (with unified previously established criteria) of the compliance level of such commitments, as well as the users level of satisfaction regarding such services.

The IAPH offers users of these services a General Questionnaire to estimate users’ global satisfaction for the rendered service (Watch link in “Related Information”). Moreover there are specific questionnaires available for each service.
